I've been designing for VIDA for over three years now. I've sold on line, but I've sold even more when I take my inventory to popular craft shows we have where I live. The women love the products! My best sellers are the leggings, capris, scarves, cocoons and tea towels. The products are well made. The cocoons have french seams; you don't see that with local department stores garments. I was a skeptic at first, but I feel they are a very ethical, friendly company. They have increased their staff and respond quickly. They are very pro education for women internationally. When you order a scarf, they will tell you it will take 4 to 6 weeks because the hemming and finishing is done in another country where workers get points to use for basic education classes.

This is a horrible company! It has been weeks, and I still haven’t received my order. Every time I try t email them all I get is an automatic response that they received my inquiry. Do not waste your time with them. I never will again.

I have had very good luck with VIDA, both as an artist and a customer. I've only had one issue with an order (my signature was backwards on the water bottles I ordered--four different ones) but I received a credit so I was pleased. I find the site easy to use and with some trial and error, have figured out how best to use my images for different products. Not all my images translate well, but it probably has more to do with the type of photos I'm taking. I don't have a high resolution camera, and for some objects, it's recommended. For someone who has a good social media presence, this is a nice way to bring in additional money. Not everyone can afford original artwork, so I have found folks really like being able to get my art in a less expensive, creative way. I have also found the customer service to be responsive. I've had many questions over the months since I've started, and they get back to me within 24 hours. I did spend some money getting samples of my products, mainly so I could see the quality of an item before recommending it. I was glad I did because people really respond well when they see items in person. My thanks to all the VIDA folks out there for all your hard work!

Stay away from this company! Read the reviews on from other people who have had their money taken and then, when they want to return something, they can't. Or, in my case, when I paid for $16 for overnight shipping, they sent it snail mail and now, when I have asked for a refund, they have stopped talking to me. They treat their artists horribly -- yes, read the reviews of deceptive business practices written by the artists. This is not a repubtable company. Stay away...they cannot be trusted with your money, especially now that money is is short supply. Stay away. 5/16/20 I finally did receive a refund of the $16 -- and an apology. But I spent entirely too much time in my efforts to persuade the company that I was due the refund. The time it took and the frustration of dealing with this company is not worth it. There are plenty of other companies now offering masks and I have to believe that they're much more reputable and responsive than this one.

I love shopvida.com As a designer 👩‍🎨 it’s easy to use, the products are top notch and loved also by my ‘customers‘. I highly recommend them to others to purchase VIDA products and to become a designer if you are an artist.

Been with VIDA for a while now and all I have to say is they're great. Their products are very high quality, turnaround times on customer service are awesome, and their shipping is very well handled and fast!

Extra filters ordered were not in the shipment. Vida responded immediately to my issue and sent the filters promptly.

I purchased a crossbody bag and it is so beautiful!!! The quality and design are awesome. It was worth the wait. I love it!!!
