Read and believe all the bad reviews because they are true!! I ordered my masks on April 27th and they assured me via email I would get my order within 1-2 weeks! The tracking link keeps changing the delivery date and now it's June 1st! They are misleading! I had to cancel my order via email and it will be 2-3 weeks before I get a refund. They have several negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau for those looking into ordering anything from this scam company! I wish I had done better research before ordering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONIES WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered from Vida April 23 and the website said 2-3 week delivery window. They updated my order today for delivery May 28. That's 5 weeks if they don't change the delivery date again. Very disappointed. Went to cancel my order and they have a 24 hour cancellation period. They have disabled the "Request Order Cancellation" so you have to email and get a response from Customer Service person in order to get a refund. This takes anywhere from 3-7 days. Around the web, it sounds like that is very unlikely as well. If you do get lucky enough to get your order canceled, it will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks (3 weeks!!) to get a refund. This is obviously a company that was interested in a money grab for the new mask market. Great marketing, terrible follow through. I will never do business with them again, and will tell friends and family about the horrible experience. I suggest everyone does this as well.

I am one of the first to join as a designer and I've certainly seen some ups and downs as the company grows. But overall, I am a very happy designer and customer. I recently ordered the masks with the charcoal filters and all went well, as I received a high quality mask set in the timeframe as quoted. I am happy with the expanded product list, as well. Anytime I have had an issue, it has been resolved. I'm very happy! Gerri

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Received no communication and no response to multiple emails and calls. Ordered masks 2 weeks ago and have gotten nothing! stay away!!!

I ordered face masks and decided to cancel. The website said you can cancel within 24 hours. I called, left a voicemail, emailed two times, called & left another message to no avail. Now it has been days and have heard nothing. Therefore I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I know things are slow everywhere right now, but if you are selling a product you should have a way to respond to your customers in some way. Maybe mention on your website that your customers will not receive any type of communication for however long before customers place an order.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered masks weeks ago and have not received them. No tracking number. I have emailed and left multiple messages. They will not respond and give me one either! This is no way to do business. Something is not right with this company.

It has been several weeks and I have not received the masks I purchased, nor have I received any communication from the company about my order status. I have emailed several times and only gotten an automatic response email. No tracking information or anything. When I go on the website and click "order status" it tries to make me sign in with password. It did not create a password in order to make the purchase in the first place! I have asked that my money be refunded to me if I don't receive my masks in a week. We'll see if that happens. VIDA will be reported. Biggest buyer's remorse ever

I love Vida. I have bought art, scarves, pillowcases, glass trays (my favorite!), and most recently a statement bag that seriously everyone wants to know where I got it. So many designs, on high quality materials. For people complaining it takes a little more time, VIDA is not Amazon Prime. It's selling art created by designers and custom-made for the object you want. And it supports designers all over the world. So cool.
