Masks are of great quality, and I appreciate that I can easily replace an old filter with a new one. The lead time for delivery was long, but I ordered right in the middle of the demand surge, so it's understandable.

Mask is ridiculously comfy. I'm in construction and have to wear it for 10+ hours a day, but I barely notice it's on. Love the filter pocket too. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that I was sent the mask in the wrong color.

I love the mask but customer service / web site difficult to navigate . I have ordered multiple times . I now have reward points ( which is a bonus ) but I will never be able to use them because the links don’t populate and I can NEVER reach them . Every time I email them you receive the same generic email response . Very frustrated

worst mask. It took forever to get this crap. It took 6 weeks for them to send this mask. I put to wash as soon as I received it. It completely shrunk to half its size. It doesn't even fit small kids. Please don't buy this crap. I will contact Better Business Burea and file a complaint. I can't believe CDC recommends this mask. I will be contacting them too. I will contact Paypal to get my money back. I'm so upset and disappointed with these guys

Comfortable 100% cotton, reusable/washable mask that has a filter pocket. Well-made with ear-loops for easy on/off wear. A portion of purchase gives back to hospital workers and community food banks.

Great masks. I got the black and sage green masks made in China and they fit my small face well. Good description on website. These are the only cloth masks I have found that fit my face, have room for a filter and have the nose clip. The

There was a very long lead time, but the face masks finally arrived as promised; and I am super happy with them. The masks are professionally made, the stitching is perfect, and they fit nicely. I like the adjustable strings and insertable filters. I appreciated the way the company kept me updated on the progress of my order.
