I could not be happier with VIDA. I am a physician and wear the sustainable K95 all day long. They are the best. They are comfortable and very protective. Customer service has been amazing and wonderful to deal with as well.

I wont buy a mask except from Vida. They are great masks. I got mine at the start of the pandemic. Generic black, 2 layer cotton masks with filter insert. Im quite petite and mask fits great. Adjusters are still in place. I have subsequently bought extra large for the men in my family. Same great quality. I just ordered 2 boxes of their kn95 for friends in Mexico. Their customer service is top notch. Absolutely satisfied with Vida.

This is a company that takes care of customers. The products are well-crafted, attractive, and comfortable. Some proceeds go to charity. VIDA even recycles our N95s!

Based on other reviews I was expecting excellent quality masks but was very disappointed. Even after nose and ear adjustments the fit was poor with gaps at the sides and lower portions. One of the plastic ear piece stoppers fell off during the first wearing. I gave this two stars instead of one because the fabric was good quality and shipping was prompt.

I purchased a beautiful hand painted scarf. The colors were as vibrant as the photo depicted and the material was nice quality. I was extremely pleased with it! It took a little long to arrive but that was communicated up front since it was traveling from afar and it definitely arrived within the expected time and was most definitely worth the wait! I ordered as a gift and can't wait to purchase another!

These masks have several good features: nose bridge for better fit, sleeve for an insert, which makes it three layers, and adjustable around your ears. The only problem is that on some of the mask the little black piece that makes the mask adjustable has come off. Then the mask is much harder to adjust for a snug fit. If it wasn't for this problem, I would give these masks 5 stars.

I have not received any order yet having received a text saying it's on its way seems it's a scam tbh I want a refund please

Product is really good and as stated in their description. The only thing you need to be aware of is that it could take two to three weeks to receive the product so you must give yourself plenty of time.
