Very poor quality masks
Very poor quality masks. The adjustable clips broke in 2 minuted while adjusting them. I bought them for $80 based on some obviously 'PAID' review , now I am realizing that! And even poorer customer service. If you are so confident about your product, you should be able to stand behind it and refund or replace when customer is unhappy.

four masks
Ordered four masks, received them less than a week later. They breathe really well while still feeling substantial enough that they pass the light test. Definitely happy with my purchase.

The masks are better than I imagined.
The masks are light, bright, very comfortable, washable and safe! My favorites among the four types of mask I have tried.

Not as I was led to believe
Material is soft. Sewing well done. Size (their largest offered) is suitable for a child or a person with a small face. I had hoped to get a mask that fit me. I was sadly disappointed. I have a large, square face. My face is not excessively large but is, perhaps, not that of a Cover Girl model. Here's one more mask for the garbage!

I ordered 4 masks a month ago and have…
I ordered 4 masks a month ago and have still not received them as they are still being made - in Pakistan. I've been in touch with their customer service but they're saying I can't cancel the order and of course, my credit card was charged when I placed the order. If I had known this I would have not placed an order with this company.

My first order
My first order, the masks were perfectly shape and well adjust to your face. I was very happy. So I ordered 3 more and to my surprise they are awful. Large on the bottom, crooked, fabric smaller in front of your nose and no space to breeze when you put the filter.

Disappointed
Metal nose piece is nothing more than a twist tie found on a loaf of bread, rubber pieces to adjust the length of ear straps arrived broken. Not sure how this brand received such glowing media reviews. **Appreciate that the company reached out due to this review, however, each replacement received has been defective with either a broken earpiece adjuster or problematic nose piece. Thank you for responding, customer service has done what they can at this point.

For POOR quality order Vida masks.
Vida masks are of the POOREST quality I have ever seen. Mine came with both missing and broken strap tension clasps. I also can't get them to answer the customer service phone! I have to believe that they have NO QUALITY CONTROL. It is too bad rating stars can not go negative.
