We had encountered a problem with the product shipping, when we received it, it was damaged & thawed. VEJII did excellent in redeeming the product and going the extra step. Through Customer Services, Sheena, was exceptional and resolved all issues. What a pleasure dealing with Vejii, highly recommended.

*Edited* I had a complicated experience with Vejii. However, I walked away very satisfied. My original order suffered some issues being dispatched from the warehouse, resulting in some missing items and confusing email exchanges. But I have to say, their customer service team is 100% on top of it. They were ALWAYS quick to respond when I had a question, and refunded me for all my missing items. I placed a second order not long after my first, and it arrived in less than a week. While I experienced a few glitches at the start, I'm still a fan of Vejii.

I absolutely love this company so much. Vejii has made going on a whole-food plant based diet so much easier. I save so much more time now with Vejii and the variety of products allows me to be much more creative and I get a variety of items I can’t find in a single store.

I had an excellent experience with Vejii foods. Part of my order was shipped and arrived very fast. I was informed by customer service on where their products are coming from. This experience was a great experience!!! I loved the positive energy of the receptionist. She was very polite and well experienced! Thank You Vejii food
