This is my first experience with Vejii. The website is easy enough to navigate, and the items I was looking for were easy to find. I had a question about my order, as it kept coming up with something I was not expecting, so I called customer service to see what I should do. The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. She took the time to listen to my problem, and she was able to solve it very quickly. She was very personable, professional, and helpful. It was a good first-time shopping on Vejii.

Really extraordinary! Not only is a great selection with great prices, the customer service was outstanding. They were responsive, clear, and they resolved the issues I had related to shipping and weather delays. They were courteous and even helped on the next order to be sure everything was clear (and made changes when I needed them). Really excited to be a repeat and ongoing customer now!

The first shipment came to me defrosted, the replacement shipment was a close second, but I think useable. They do not use ice bricks when shipping frozen foods, so spoilage is a HIGH risk. Customer service is good, but not worth it.
