No issues. items arrived as ordered and much quicker than I expected even with shipping delays. easy website, great prices.

Some of the food was squashed and there was far too much landfill plastic used to package the items. I couldn't, in good conscience, use this service again. Edit: I have updated this review to 4 stars. I learnt that for my order above, a third party source for the food and that this is not usually the case. A second order I place from the "Vejii Express" section of the shop was in much better packaging and all items were delivered together. One thing that I would say is that, if the Vejii Express secion of the shop has the better delivery time and packaging, it should be very clear when an item placed in the cart is NOT from the Vejii Express or has a longer delivery time.

I saw the website on a soul food group, they remedied Veji as a good place to order vegan foods from. I placed my order, received emails confirming my order and when it would be shipped. My order arrived with foods packed well, still frozen , cold and within the time I was supposed to receive. I've placed 2 orders and pleased with my foods.

It's not always easy to find certain vegan foods that I like where I live. It can be very discouraging. I was so happy to find shopvejii.com. I found a plethora of products that I hadn't seen before. The company communicated by email through every step of the transaction process. The delivery turn around time was quick and my items were packed meticulously. I would definitely recommend shopvejii.com.

Great products I can't get at the store and fast delivery!

I really love the availability of products on Shop Vejii but the shipping experience was a bit of a drawn out process. I understand that the large winter storm impacted us not being able to receive our order until about 2 1/2 weeks from date of order but the customer service was severely lacking when I reached out for help. I love that the products were shipped with dry ice and inside a cooler, but it was styrofoam. There are SO many better (and environmentally friendly) options to use aside from styrofoam. So I won't order often from Shop Vejii, but only as a treat because the products I liked the most were frozen products that are difficult to find elsewhere. I would suggest realistic timelines for shipping, and shipping updates to be available to customers. I also suggest a higher caliber of customer service than "we are sorry we are experiencing delays and will ship them as soon as possible." Because that is an excuse, not an answer.

Great customer service and timely shipping!!

First shipment was destroyed by the ice packs exploding the gel everything and it was all defrosted. Next shipment came in was fine and the other half of shipment came in the sour cream and vegan spread was frozen so they got ruined so had to throw them away. The shipping took to long for grocery. Should be received in a day or two. Took over two weeks to get my shipments. The food was good. By the time I got some of the cheese and bread was almost out of date to eat. I had to throw away to much for the prices.
