On a day after work I went food shopping and placed my lunchmeat order at kiosk as I walked in the door. Computer said it would be ready 30 minutes later. I did my shopping and went to lunch counter on way to register (about 45 minuted later). Unfortunately my order was not ready as promised. Quamel asked me if I found my order. I said no. He immediately said he would look into it. He found my order was not prepared yet. He said he would take care of it if I didn't mind waiting a little longer. He got my order together and I was on my way. (The lunch counter was crowded - it was a busy day there) I just want to commend Quamel for his friendly attitude, great demeanor and superior customer service. Thank you Quamel!

They give substitutions even when you dont want them and give you more expensive items. I bought items on sale. They send a text and ask if you want the substitution and I say NO and they send it any way. Then my bill is ten dollars more. Also ten dollars more with me not receiving 6 of my items because out of stock and no substitution. Ugh. Frustrating. Scam maybe. This is not the first time.

Good selection of grocery items, but service is slow

Did shoprite pick up. Missing items. No response back from company. Disputing charge.

Ok one of my favorite grocery store since 1970 but no longer true. What happened in the last year?? No more strawberry short cake no more real butter cookies 😢. Now the deli dosent wait on you .give your order and come back???? Why ?? I forgot to go back lol.. they use to give it to you when you ordered it. One person before mebut I was told they had other things to do in the back. Terrible service i have better thing to do the yo go back and forth for service. Your bakery has gone way down your deli is out of touch. Produce well if you like mold is ok.pepper have nice wrinkles on them . Got to the register omg dont write a check or over the amount the cashier was so upset.. my handwriting I guess wasn't up to his expectations. Had to call a supervisor who took for ever to come.. I wish I chould say it was just a bad day but this is like all the time now. How about you get modern registers that print the check for the customers.bring back the bakery and cut the dame meat in the deli and hand it yo me and say thank you!!!! Shop Rite -DELRAN. First, its taken me 4 years to write this review because the issues in the meat department have occurred intermittently. 1. Earlier this week I had to return 3 racks of ribs that were shrink wrapped. They smelled sour but the date was fine. The meat was absolutely poorly stored somewhere because it was shrink wrapped directly from the manufacturer. To be fair, Shop Rite returned the money for all three racks totaling $38 dollar. 2. I went to make a sandwich today and realized they sold us executive turkey cold cuts dated for July 11 - the last date of sale. I went rummaging through the refrigerator sure that I had the cold cuts from last week in my hand. Nope. The ham we purchased that day was dated 7.18.22. I could deal with the shredded ends they sold us but what bothers me is the deli sales person cut it and handed it to my husband! These ends should be sold at a discount because no one wants to take something like this home. Now I will inspect every package at this store and leave it behind unless it has 6-7 days left on it. ***I advise anyone to double open your meat and check before you drop it in your freezer as this is not the first time this has happened. ***Regarding the grocery items - I haven't experienced any problems with the grocery items. Meat and Deli Experience: 1 Star Sales people: 5 stars Grocery items: 4-5 stars The managers should heed this warning, there are so many grocery stores competing that customers should not have to put up with this.

I went to the Shoprite in Brick and had a complex story where I wanted to return fresh flowers that had been purchased an hour earlier. The Store manager Margaret and the florist Jane Nordquist were there for me every step of the way to ensure that I was able to get back my complete refund and then purchase the flowers I wanted for my holiday. It took them time as I didn't have the receipt, but they were patient and kind and made it happen. I was so impressed by the customer service. Their kindness really warmed my heart and made me feel like I want to shop there again! Thank you Margaret and Jane! ShopRite is fortunate to have such good employees! Sorry it took so long for me to get this review in!

Terrible!!!! The store I ordered from was the store in Burlington. Just Terrible service from my personal shopper to the delivery to my door. I ordered eggs half of them were broken. I missing somethings and not substituted. I would say to customers who are thinking of making a grocery order from the Burlington store to go some where else. 😡😠🤬😖
