This company have no management. I am very very very tired of making delivery at this location. It is the weirdest place anywhere else I never coming back again that’s all.

Well tried to do coupons that were only good from 6/28 and I tried to do my order after midnight and the coupons SILL WOULD not load and then the website went down till 5am. So at that time I couldn't get my time slot that I wanted and then I clipped a coupon for soda and they didn't Have the quantity that I wanted so I declined but they gave me 1 pack at the REGULAR price of 9.49 instead of 4 for 16.00....this is reduliculis.....and then they have the nerve to charge 4.99..this is not the 1st time this has happened

Today I saw something that disturbed me. I have been a customer since the day you opened in Norwalk on Connecticut ave. One of the managers was opening every single bag of grapes. She took the nicest grapes bunches from each bag to create a bag for her self. And this was happening right front of customers view. She left the bags that she picked out of for the guest to purchase for a high price. So, how is this right? I hope that this issue will be addressed because this behavior is unacceptable

I have nothing negative to say about shopping in-store, but when it comes to delivery, they’re the worst!! When they first started to provide delivery service, they were doing great. They were using their own delivery little vans. But, now they changed to door dash drivers and since then, the service has been terrible. My last 4 orders have been incomplete. The last one was beyond incomplete because I ordered 58 items but just received 3. I called Shoprite to let them know but nobody could help me. They kept transferring me to different managers until one told me to call tomorrow. I called the next day and again, nobody could help me. After hours of dealing with them, a manager said that my groceries were gonna be delivered in the afternoon. I went out to take care of errands. Came back at noon and the groceries were there!!! They have been there for a while!!! I had to throw away a lot of stuff. I have been a customer for many years but I’m done with them

I seen a manager send a girl home cuz she didn’t want to work a dailvile store she was wen she tryd talking to him he threw his hands up nd turned his back on her what a manager way to let ur employees let you kno the situation I believe his name is Vince he should definitely take manager classes on how to treat employees I felt bad for that girl left crying I hope she ok she was I think embarrassed

I had such a nice experience at the Mullica Hill Shoprite with Lena that I want to give that feedback. I was having trouble at the checkout and she was just lovely. Please tell her how much I appreciated it.

Their shopper picks bad meat (in my case bad chicken packages wherein two of them had expiration date for the next day and smelled bad. Due to them packaging all the chicken packages in one bag, all the packages on the outside smelled bad. You pay close to eleven dollars for the service, and I was initially told that I would have to have someone return their bad meat to their store (that I couldn't get to in the first place. To be fair, they did a one time courtesy wherein a representative came to the house I guess with a witness to pick up their chicken packages in order to facilitate my refund. Anybody that use ShopRite home delivery service think carefully on what you order.

8.99 for four blueberry muffins is ridiculous. Used to be 4.99
