I went to ShopRite at Morrell Plaza for Lunchmeat today,6/21/2022. I use the ShopRite app "Express Deli",while shopping in the store I received a text my Deli order was ready for pick up. I go to pick up fridge and no order?, I ask at deli counter and was told they were out of 4 of the 5 items I ordered! This is the 4th time this has happened. Folks go to Marrinucci's Deli at Woodhaven, they have fresh Lunchmeat the prices are excellent and cut the way you ask,and above all there customer service is OUTSTANDING.

Yesterday, I went to my local ShopRite on Forty Foot Rd in Hatfield PA and purchased 11 items. While using the self check out I noticed that 3 products did not reflect the actual price listed on the shelf. I went to Customer Service and the cost for the shampoo was 1.49 overcharged and reimbursed however the associate declined to refund the cost of the frozen pineapple saying the price was right. I went back to the frozen foods and showed her the ticketed price showing 1.99 vs the charge of 2.49. At this point she continued to show me the tag for the 2.49 sale price. I had to argue my point that you cannot have 2 different prices for the same item. She reluctantly gave me the refund. The sale price for the Lance crackers was 21 cents over charged and at this point I just gave up. My issue is that 30% of the items I purchased I was overcharged! How often does this happen? My second issue is the customer service rep who should have acknowledged the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. Pls check all receipts before leaving the store and take pictures of the prices on the shelves before going to customer service…. Update: I was contacted by a representative of the store who apologized for the pricing issues and acknowledged that why were having problems. I explained that I was not looking for anything but felt the way it was handled could have been better. She agreed and I think was going to offer some compensation. I thanked her but only wanted to express my dissatisfaction with how it was handled. She indicated that they would address the issue with staff.

When ShopRite had their own delivery trucks, it was terrific. I ordered cases of bottled water on a regular basis because I can't lift. Now it's DoorDash in my area - and what a joke. Never again. I have an elevator in my building, and the DoorDash driver comes up with 1 six-pack at a time. No hand truck or cart. Took the idiot over 4 hours. Forget ShopRite from Home and that noise. I'm done.

I ordered online June 3rd. and not received my groceries as yet. Can't reach anyone to tell them about it. When I call, I just keep hearing the same things over and over, and no one ever come on the phone. It wouldn't matter if I had not been charged. Please/ 215 284 6771

The physical store in Jersey City is fine. Never had an issue with staff or product. My issue is the recent changes to the online website. It is too distracting and has too much happening and I despise it. Will wait on the paper circular to be distributed going forward.

ShopRite came up with a hidden charge even to his own registered customers - it’s “digital coupons”…your ShopRite card is good for ONLY certain discount…the real discount is in the digital hideouts…why? If you’re in a hurry you see the BIG number printed for the price…you don’t read the small letter…you go to the register, your ShopRite card is scanned…but you didn’t get the same price written so big…you didn’t read the much smaller letters that tells you you need to go digital…screw the elderly or those who have no digital instrument…

I've received a poor customer service from a superior dineo at midrand shoprite which is in the holders building who was suppose to assist me with a refund for the wrong pricing they made on their shelves for the deaderants sprays.dineo didn't even try todo any eyecontact with me as she was rude and wasn't even willing to assist me with the refund instead she called her colleagues one by one as i stood there for almost 1 hour without assistance until one of the supervisors came to assist me with the refund. Im soo disappointed as people when they have been employed to serve customers to the best services they do the opposite and start to be rude to customers who bring in income to the company. I believe dineo is not grateful nor know the goal for the biggest job creation company at large.or maybe she was not fully trained for the position she doesn't deserve to be working there.
