Recently bought a Black Satin Rowan dress for an upcoming wedding. I had previously had a more positive experience with Revelry, and was disappointed this time around. I measured myself, and had previously ordered from the site before, but my dress was still extremely large in the top. It cost me a lot in alterations due to the inconsistency of the sizing, which is frustrating given the price point these are sold at. I feel as though the dresses in the past were much better - I am not sure if manufacturing changed or what happened, but something is different. The inner layer is definitely a lesser-quality fabric than it was just a few years ago at the time of my last order. Two of the people in the this wedding, who also ordered Satin dresses from the site, are the exact same height. Yet, one's dress was too short (as it did not touch the floor), while the other dress needed hemmed. They both had also previously ordered from here with no issue, yet this time around all three of us had problems with these dresses. Overall, disappointed in this experience given the price of these dresses compared to the quality received. It is a shame the quality has changed so much in just a short amount of time.

Not too happy with the fit, seeing that it was custom sizing. Everything was bigger than expected. Not sure why a 30/34 pant would actually be a 32/36. Jacket was too big as well. Overall not bad for the price though.

The try on program is perfect.

Andrea did an amazing job in helping to address a problem with a lost dress. Although Revelry was unable to redo the original dress, she was able to provide a dress in the same color so at least the bridesmaids will match. She was very professional and worked tirelessly to get to a resolution.

Did not recieve my try at home order.

Highly recommend a try on before you buy. I didn’t realize they had a try on guarantee but I’m so grateful they did because it really came in handy. I had ordered a dress I tried on in the same size because it fit during the try on but when I received my made to order dress it was so small I couldn’t even get it on my body. Andy and Rebecca quickly worked with me to get a new dress in one size bigger as the wedding date was 3 weeks out and even their rush made to order dresses take 5 weeks. All worked out in the end but I did not end up with the style I originally chose. Great customer service and beautiful dresses, but recommend sizing up at least one size.

Everything from ordering, to try on, to returning was simple and great. Just didn't like that you did not confirm my return. I had to call to confirm. This should've been an email from Revelry.

The customer service was outstanding. As soon as I expressed any concern, they were so quick to make things right. This is the kind of service you need when on a time crunch and searching for the perfect dress for a wedding!
