Never Buy from Revelry
I bought this tie for my husband for my sister's wedding. I didn't receive the shipment email so I wasn't even sure it was going to arrive in time. They said "something went wrong" with the shipping email which just means they didn't send it. Once the tie arrived, you could see the quality was definitely not worth $58. The print and color were pretty cheap looking. At that point though, it was too late to find another. Then, after wearing it ONCE, the keeper loop fell off on one side. When I contacted quality assurance, they said they are not responsible for any damages while the tie is worn. Seriously? A tie shouldn't have any damages to it after one wear. ESPECIALLY a nearly $60 tie. So take this as a warning. If your dress or other article of clothing breaks due to manufacturing issues, you will not get your money back from Revelry. I will not be using them again and will not recommend them for any other weddings.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the shipping notification did not send as expected and that you experienced an issue with the tie after it was worn to the wedding. I understand that would be disappointing that the back loop came undone after being worn. While the tie shipped earlier than expected and arrived before the wedding, we recognize that the missing notification caused unnecessary uncertainty. We’ve shared this issue with our IT team to help prevent it from happening again. We apologize that our response to your concern left you feeling that we did not acknowledge the importance of the issue. We're committed to quality and conduct thorough checks before an order ships. We appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention.
