I had such a great experience with this company! There was an issue with the bridesmaid dress I originally ordered, and their customer service team was incredibly helpful. They made the return process so easy, gave me store credit to order a new dress, and even provided free shipping on my replacement order so I wasn’t out of pocket for anything extra. I spoke with Andrea, who was so friendly, supportive, and quick to respond, which I really appreciated! I also love that they offer a try-on-at-home program before committing to a dress. Not many places offer something like this, and it’s so helpful when you’re trying to figure out sizing and find the right fit. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend them!

I had purchased a suit through them and I made a mistake when ordering. I contacted them immediately and their team took care of it right away to help me. Also, the sample suit they send is extremely helpful if you haven’t bought a suit before. The fabric and fit was 10/10 everything I hoped it would be. I can’t wait to get my final order in! I have ordered through Revelry twice now(not including at home try-ons) and their customer service is genuinely amazing. Any question/concern I have had has been answered so fast and they're so kind. I have worked with Andrea a couple times via email and she has been so helpful and kind. I will only be ordering dresses from Revelry at this point. The customer service is unmatched and the dresses are stunning.
