We’re sorry this experience was so frustrating. Our made-to-order dresses are cut and sewn for each order, with a standard production time of seven weeks, which is why they take longer to arrive than ready-to-ship clothing. Made-to-order dresses can be returned for store credit with a prepaid return label, or for a refund with a 25% restocking fee, and returns can be started from the Revelry Returns page on our website. We hear you that this wasn’t clear, and we’ve shared that feedback with our team. We’ve also removed you from future review request emails, so you won’t hear from us about this again.

Our Home Try-On program lets you try up to three styles at $10 each with shipping included, so you can check the fit before ordering your final made-to-order dress, and our team is always happy to offer sizing guidance by style and fabric.
