Sent me wrong shirts
They sent me somebody else's shirts entirely so I'm out $250 and got nothing love it. Would not use them also had to pay an extra $20 in shipping that they didn't tell me about up front.

Just received my first set of shirts for my company MoonShine Window Clean & Power Wash yesterday and I’m absolutely obsessed. Top quality, feels good in the hot weather, and I’m excited to wash houses every day without coming home with blotches everywhere! Definitely ordering shorts too 💪🏼

Long lead time with additional customs cost
Ordering process was easy and great package price, I didn't like that after I was already committed I realized they were produced overseas and would take several weeks to get to me. Then once they arrived I had to pay additional money for customs just to get them. Terrible to have a surprise added cost without any warning. Thankfully I paid attention and paid it otherwise the whole thing would have been held.

These tshirts has low quality
These tshirts has low quality. Specially polos - the next is not consistent and straight. The most important of my experience is that these T-shirts are not bleach resistant at all.

On the Polo Collars: What you described regarding the neck consistency does not meet our production standards. We want to investigate and fix it for you. On Bleach Resistance: Our fabrics are engineered to be highly bleach-resistant, not bleach-proof. They are designed to withstand standard industry overspray far better than any other material, though direct exposure to raw, high-pressure chemical concentrates can still affect the material.
