Fast shipping and easy returns. Only thing I did not like was the colors sent were nothing even close to the color I will be wearing. I just wish they send at least colors in the right season.

I will never buy from yall again and i will encourage my friends to stay away. I ordered two dresses because I was not sure which size would fit me best. Once they came after literally 6 weeks of shipping (why does it take so long???) I received both dresses and neither fit. Outside of that the dresses were ugly and unflattering- a style and color I would never pick. That is to blame my brothers lame fiancé. Anyways,as i went to return the dres online, yall made it extrmeely difficult. there was no tab on the website for returns and when i talked to customer service that is simply a robot, after a day of waiting, i was informed that i would not get full refund. Why wouldnt yall tell people on the front end you cannot get all of ur money back????? ugly dress terrible service never again. Stop emailing me!!! this is my second negative review for yall bc yall keep emailing me and asking to review.

Our made-to-order dresses are cut and sewn for each order, with a standard production time of seven weeks, which is why they take longer to arrive than ready-to-ship clothing. Made-to-order dresses can be returned for store credit with a prepaid return label, or for a refund with a 25% restocking fee, and returns can be started from the Revelry Returns page on our website. We hear you that this wasn’t clear, and we’ve shared that feedback with our team. We’ve also removed you from future review request emails, so you won’t hear from us about this again.
