I love the kitchen mama can opener and could not believe how helpful their with customer support was! Over the years I've purchased three of them and never had a problem until our dog sitter tried to extract a can prior to opening completion and gummed up the works. Customer service took me through the options and after some very reasonable back and forth with photos and a video, KM sent me a new one! Thanks again and Kind regards! Buy with confidence! I wish they made some other products, my wife goes through curling irons like clockwork...

I bought this can opener a year and a half ago because I have severe arthritis in both thumbs and it is really difficult for me to use traditional can openers where I have to grip and twist the unit in order to open a can. The Kitchen Mama can opener has been a godsend for me! I just attach it to the can and it works it's magic! Recently, my Kitchen Mama can opener jammed and would not release the can I was opening. I decided to reach out to the company and explain my problem. Nicca was so compassionate and very responsive to my situation. She gave me some things to troubleshoot but they were not successful. I was then told that my item was going to be replaced. Despite the fact that I was almost 6 months past the warranty period, Kitchen Mama replaced my can opener with a brand new one! I had a new can opener in less than two weeks after contacting the company! I have 22 years experience in retail, providing excellent customer service, and when you are on the receiving end of it, it's really nice and deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you to Kitchen Mama for being so gracious and solving my problem so quickly and for the excellent customer service I received. It's not just about having a good product; you have to have excellent customer service too!

I love my kitchen mama can opener and recommend it to all! However when my can opener stopped working and I reached out to customer support I was super impressed with them. I purchased this product in December and 3 months later the opener got stuck on a can. I contacted the company and heard back promptly. They had me troubleshoot a couple of things but still the opener wouldn't dislodge. Much to my surprise, they replaced the unit without any hassle. I was so impressed I bought more for my family. Top-shelf customer service (which is a rarity these days)!

Got one Kitchen Mama auto electric can opener as a gift which was thoughtful but didn’t have much luck with it and company sent me a second one. Now I’m having trouble with the second one but not going to try again. Would have been even more frustrating if I hadn’t kept my old hand opener.

I've had my kitchen mama for just over a year and I absolutely love it. If you have arthritis in your hands or trouble gripping for any reason, it's an absolute game changer. But I would also like to say, if you have a problem, their customer service is second to none. Rapid response and they do their best to solve your problem and rectify any issues you might have. The personal touch makes them the best!

We had an issue with our kitchen momma can opener after a short period of time. We tried troubleshooting as asked when I reached out but no success. Customer service was amazing. Kind and effective!
