it's a fabulous appliance....awesome....amazing...! All this in one little machine. I used it several times, it worked perfectly. I'm preparing my meals for my next hand surgery on the 19th of this month! I do recommend that purchasers read the directions to understand how this product doesn't open cans the same way that traditional can openers do.

Can opener stopped working, amazon linked me to their site, I put in a ticket, and they followed up that day! Sent them a quick video of the problem, and they sent me a new can opener, with a pre-paid label to send the old one back. Super nice and fast service!

Have had the battery operated opener since 11/2025. The spindle that holds the blades somehow came loose and I couldn't retighten it so opening cans became impossible. I purchased from Amazon.com and contacted manufacturer through Amazon.com. I sent photos and after getting a request to send a video, which I didn't do, I finally got a replacement. There was no request to return the defective product. I was asked to provide the production number and made in location found on bottom of device. Today 0723/2026 I received the replacement. My wife however, is reluctant to use it so I purchased an old school counter top electric can opener which she enjoys. We may end up gifting the kitchen mama opener. But I am impressed that KitchenMama finally came through to stand by their product.

Bought our can opener on Amazon and we use it for about 6-8 cans a day. Worked great till about 6 months in then it wasn't working properly at all. Contacted kitchen mama and they sent me a replacement with a few simple details very quickly and we're super responsive. Thankful to have purchased a product that has helpful customer service.

they were very responsive , followed up within 24 hours . Very helpful trying to resolve the issue , when the solution didn't work they moved forward quickly to honor the warranty . All in all a very pleasant and quick resolution . If anything the timeline would have been quicker ,if I would have been quicker to respond . good guys thanks P.S. my wife loves the electric can opener

The employees servicing customers are outstanding. Followup at every turn rather than the usual treatment for customers to just move on...They have terrific products and while a ran into a small problem, they did everything to correct the issue to my total satisfaction. I use the kitchen Mama can opener...what a great product for me and my problematic wrist. You won't be disappointed.
