Acceptable resolution.
It took some hoops to jump through, but my dissatisfaction with my gifted can opener was finally resolved. The new replacement works great.

I love this can opener but it stopped…
I love this can opener but it stopped working well about a year or so from purchase. I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and took excellent care of me. Now I have a working Kitchen Mama can opener and I am so happy. Thank you Cara and Nicca!

Had bought an amazing can opener from…
Had bought an amazing can opener from them and it quit working. Was scared about messaging due to it being bought a year ago. They sent me a new one free of charge to replace mine that didn’t work anymore. Thank you!
