Our lab used to get hot spots every summer, sometimes two or three at a time. This is the first summer in five years with none. Started her on the collagen in the spring on the advice of a friend at the dog park. Coat is glossy and she's stopped the constant licking. Very happy.

The website advertises this collagen as being made in the USA under strict quality standards, but when I received the tracking information, it showed that the shipment was coming from China. This is extremely misleading and not what I expected when placing my order. I have contacted customer support by email to request a cancellation and refund before the order is shipped, but I have yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of response from customer service. It's a SCAM. Don't buy from them Edit: They love to reply to your comment, but don’t bother to answer to your e-mail.

The ordering and shipping experience was fast and easy with excellent communication about delivery. I have been giving our 11.5 year old GoldenDoodle 2 ml of the collagen supplement with her dinner for just over 2 weeks now. Lyric absolutely LOVES the smell and taste of it on her food! She has a pre-existing fatty tumor on her hip and because of where it is located, she was able to lick and bite the whole area. We have been through multiple rounds of antibiotics and steroids to no avail. Currently, I am noticing the area is much less irritated and not nearly as red as it has been in the past. The only thing we have changed is the addition of the collagen to her food!
