Although they were not obligated to retain the serial numbers for the crossbow, they still provided me with sufficient information that I was able to relay to the manufacturer, Ravin. Without the details they supplied, I would not have been able to obtain the necessary serial number to file a police report. I highly endorse this company for their remarkable assistance. They suck they say no credit no problem I have a job bank acct and even a down payment and they said no. There a bunch of mis leading BS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
