I had to make a return recently, and Kenndra was so nice throughout the whole process. She made everything really easy and didn’t make me feel stressed or confused at all. She explained what I needed to do, helped me fix a small mistake, and stayed patient the entire time. What could’ve been a frustrating return ended up being quick and simple because of her. I really appreciated her kindness and how willing she was to help.

I finally received a refund only after disputing the charge with my bank, Affirm, and the BBB. After all of that, the company reached out and asked me to remove my negative review in exchange for forty dollars. This is not how a trustworthy business operates, and customers should be aware.

Mika, I am really sorry for the experience you had. I looked into this and can confirm we processed a full refund on Dec 4. The $40 offer was meant as a goodwill gesture after the issue was resolved. If our outreach gave you the wrong impression, that is on us. I want to make this right and restore your trust. If there is anything still unresolved with your bank or Affirm, reply to our last email and I will handle it personally. KN Abunda Team

Abunda is a class act company. I recently purchased a large item and found out I didn't need it after all and with a little back and forth they stepped up big time and approved my return. I really appreciate when OUT STANDING customer service is given. I would recommend this company all day long that's how great they are.
