I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I RETURNED MY ITEMS ON MARCH 1ST 2026 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR THE ITEMS. $1589.15 IS WHAT IM OWED AND ALL THEY SAY IS HOW THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT AND NEVER DO. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AT ANY CHANCE THEY CAN.

Hi Tina, I’m really sorry this has felt so frustrating, I completely understand how concerning a delay like this can be. I took a close look at your order and want to clarify what we’re seeing. We received 8 out of the 10 items and those were refunded on March 14. We also have a message from you confirming you planned to keep the Cameo, and we haven’t received a return for either the Cameo or the Brother printer, which is why those two items haven’t been refunded. That said, if you did send them back, we absolutely want to make this right. Please email us the return details or tracking info and we’ll take a look right away!
