Unable to Get Help With My Return I started a return with Abunda on Sunday night. I received a response saying that the seller needed pictures of the items before they could process the return, so I sent all of the requested pictures right away. Since then, I have not received any response or return shipping labels. I have followed up through email and also tried contacting Abunda through their live chat, but I still have not been able to get anyone to respond. I was really hoping to have these items shipped back by now, and I’m concerned that the delay is going to affect my return even though I started the return on time and immediately provided everything that was requested from me. I’m not trying to cause problems—I simply need someone from Abunda to please look into my return and provide the return labels/instructions so I can get these items shipped back. I would be happy to update this review once Abunda contacts me and gets the return taken care of.

I order from this company a lot. I have never had any issues with them. They are prompt at getting me return labels and getting my refunds or exchanges

They had everything I was looking for, shipping speeds were the same as what's listed on Amazon. Customer service is excellent as well. Stop thinking about it and just do it, it's easy.
