I ordered an Oculus quest 2 with Custom Carrying case and Elite Strap. There seemed to be a disconnect between what they advertised as arrival time and when it would actually be arriving. I spoke to Cassie (Customer Support) through Chat. Cassie was courteous and friendly. She answered all my questions and set my concerns at ease. I would definitely use Abunda again.

If you ever got a problem or question, message them and hopes you get Cassie. She is awesome 👌 very professional, keeps you up to date about your order, package, etc. She deserves 10, defiantly deserves a raise !!!

Cassie is so responsive and takes responsibility for any issues that happens during ordering/shipping. I am so glad that I had Cassie as my support in the past few weeks. This gal deserves a raise! You made my daughter go from a frown to a huge smile and gave her some hope in her travels back and forth to school daily. I would like to commend customer service rep “Cassie” what an amazing person , and so helpful. Took care of my account quickly and efficiently. I placed an order with Abunda and somehow the order got lost via UPS. It was a very confusing situation as the shipping on the package stated conflicting answers on the whereabouts of where the package was. I was dealing with Cassie a customer service rep with Abunda from beginning to end. I was never jumped back and forth with different reps. That was the first thing that I was very happy with. Cassie provided to me superior customer service which felt as if it was tailored specifically to me and my needs. She answered all of my messages and emails within the hour that I sent them to her. After a short while the problem was solved. I got to reorder the item and was given a $10 promo code for the trouble with the original package. I honestly have to say that I have received excellent customer service before but, Abunda and Cassie by far has been the best service that I have ever had with any company. I would recommend this company to everyone and will keep on ordering with them.
