Shop4SeatsReviews of shop4seats.com

We just took delivery of a double recliner for our class C motorhome. I placed the order with Anna. She was very nice to work with and followed through on every part of the process. I have just placed a second order with her for the matching dinette seat cushions. We are very pleased with the quality of their products and especially Anna! I will recommend Shop4Seats and Anna to our friends who are considering a similar project to update their motorhome.

Our RV dealer directed us to Shop4Seats when we wanted to replace the sofa in our motorhome. After shopping the website and identifying the double recliner as something we might like, we called and talked with Anna. She was able to answer all our questions about size and colors and what we could do to expedite delivery. She took our order and gave us a shipment date. On that date, she called to tell us the recliner was ready to ship, she'd verified with our RV dealer that they would accept it and it was on it's way. We haven't seen it yet, but Anna's friendly assistance and attention to detail is much appreciated. If the product is as good as the service we received, I'm sure we will be very pleased.

Just ordered a sofa seat and bed extension for 2016 Sprinter. Was helped and advised by Clara during the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in placing my order, Waiting for seats to arrive.

Clara was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and expedient. She answered all my questions and was able to clearly explain the options for each of my needs. It's a family run business and that extra family touch is very noticeable and was quite important to my family and our needs at this time. I spent weeks doing research on the Internet for the best RV furniture at the most affordable prices with options that mixed function with luxury and style. Time and time again this business is the one that came up heads above the rest. I'm so grateful for their service in helping my family make the transition from losing our home to full time RV living as seamless and actually, exciting, as possible. There are gifts in the world that come from the hearts and kindness of others that make us each, in turn, show up as our best selves. My experience with Shops4Seats.com, was a gift.

I ordered a brochure from Shop4Seats and received a nice color sample by mail from Clara. I talked to her a few times before deciding to order a double recliner. Clara answered all questions I had and acted in a professional manor. I ordered the double recliner on 12/6/16 and Clara said it would be ready for pickup on January 30, 2016.

On 11-9-15 I ordered a integrated seatbelt front seat for my truck, was billed for $2,777.94 and advised the seat would be built and shipped on 12-18-15. On 11-25-15 I received an email from "Clara" advising me that her manager informed her that they do not manufacture the seat that I selected from the photos on their website. I was asked if I wanted a full credit back or select a different seat. I immediately responded, asking for a full credit ASAP. I received no acknowledgement of my request. On 12-2-15 I had still not received a response and my credit card had not been credited back the amount of the purchase. I emailed a follow up inquiry as to the status of the refund. No response by the end of the business day. 12-3-15 no response. 12-4-15 no response. 12-5-15 no response. 12-6 no response. On 12-7-15 I telephoned Shop4Seats and spoke to a gentleman, explaining the purpose of my call, and asked to speak with the manager. I was placed on hold and then connected with "Clara" who was the last person I wanted to talk to. She informed me that the full credit back would be posted on 12-9-15. I asked her why it took 3 weeks to inform me that they do not produce a product they continue to advertise? I received an explanation about a communication breakdown between the production departments and corrections to the website were going to be made. She later stated that they will be manufacturing the seat in the future, but had not received approval yet. I then asked her if Shop4Seats was going to pay the credit card interest I will be charged for a non-existent product that I was still waiting for a refund on. She had no answer. She also had no response to why I had received no response to my inquiry. I am not sure if the management has a clue of the business practices and customer service, but someone needs to make some major changes on how they do business. Anyone considering a purchase from Shop4Seats might want to consider other options. On 12-9-15 I finally received the credit back. It should be noted that they continue to advertise the non-existent seat.

Being on the road quite a bit, I was concerned about timing to get my new dinette, even though they had originally guessed on the ship date. So, I sent an email to Shop4Seats inquiring about my order and Ashley Wallmann was very helpful in finding its progress and getting it shipped within the timeframe I needed. I think it was within 2 days of the original shipping estimate. I am very happy with the dinette, as it fit perfect, it was easy to install and looks good. Very good company to do business with and excellent customer service. Thank you, again, Ashley! Tom McClintick

I bought 4 of the venetian 7000 leather, power recline, home theater seating with a loveseat. I love them. After owning for a few months, I had the single loveseat chair flip over and put a small tear in a chair arm. I called to see if it was covered under warranty. Ashley Wallmann was amazing in her prompt responses and they are is sending out a new chair arm at no cost. Would strongly recommend.
