Shop4SeatsReviews of shop4seats.com

Ordered new captains chairs and a sofa for my motorhome. I am happy with the look and feel. When I ordered I was very clear that what I had now was flexsteel power seats. I asked several times if i needed anything else for the base as i was not going to be using the power base from my existing seats. Was told repeatedly " no you will have everything you need". Got the seats and of course the pedestal isnt high enough with what they supplied . Was told I forgot to order new pedestals. i didnt forget. I asked what I needed. And I wouldnt have bought the chairs knowing i had to spend another 140.00 each for new pedestals. I am very disappointed. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Clara hinojosa was very helpful and knowledgeable And pleasure to talk too

Our new RV Caption's Seats shipped when they said they would, and arrived via FedEx in only 4 days from S Cal to Huntsville, AL. They were packaged very well and received no damage. I installed them a couple of days ago, and they look really good and are quite comfortable. I had a question about exactly to install the other arm on the seats. I e-mailed their CS, and John Lasso responded quickly with a YouTube link for the procedure. If we decide to replace the couch in the Motorhome, I will definitely shop here again.

Clara was extremely professional and friendly in helping me. If the products l ordered, match the service l received, l will very happy.

Anna was awesome. Highly recommend buying from them!

I placed an order this afternoon with Anna, she was very professional and informative. I will definitely recommend this company to my Square body truck buddies!

I was really satisfied with the service. Clara was probably the best person I have ever dealt with when making a purchase. She was polite and caring. Haven't gotten my couch yet but from the way she made it sound it is going to be nice

The entire process from R&D to receiving my built-to-order product, specifically the Hampton Jack-Knife Sofa, was UN-PARALLEL. Shop4Seats.com has a wonderful, easy to navigate, site and great customer service. Nothing sits around a warehouse either. To future buyers, products are built as ordered with fresh materials and most importantly packaged with care for rough transit conditions. Thank you very much to all employees of Shop4Seats.com and associated sister companies. J. Michels; O'Brien, OR
