The sofa that I ordered would not fit into my motor home. ( I ordered the wrong size). Lynn was very courteous and agreed to take the sofa back with me only having to pay shipping. She even waived the restocking fee. This company has a winner with Lynn as a customer service representative.

We are so happy to have stumbled upon Shop4Seats and Alec when searching for some new RV furniture to remodel a recently purchased older Class A. As soon as we purchased the RV, we immediately planned a much needed vacation for our whole family. Much to my surprise, RV furniture is crazy expensive and most of it is a custom order that would have taken much too long to get in time. What a blessing to have found Alec at Shop4Seats! He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products they carry, very pleasant and easy to talk with. His "can do" attitude was refreshing and reassuring for a stressed out grandma trying to get a camper ready for the family trip. Alec was a wealth of information concerning measurements, sizing, and what would work in a particular space. His verbal description concerning color and texture were spot on! We bought a couch, double recliner, and dinette with oak table from the express ship collection. The furniture arrived 2 days earlier than promised, which was awesome. The items were boxed and packaged very nicely and arrived with no issues. The furniture is very nice quality, and we love it! We are quite comfortable on our Ikea furniture for the house...didn't want to second mortgage for a Villa Sofa for the RV :) If you want quality, comfort and an excellent, reasonable price for RV furniture, I highly recommend this company. Alec is an excellent listener and you can trust that he will walk you through the purchase process with honest answers and valuable insight of the products offered. We decided to place our order with Shop4Seats despite the few negative reviews we read. We were fortunate to be connected with Clara and our experience could not have been more pleasant. She was extremely courteous and very, very helpful. If everything shows up as promised and the quality is as expected we will be thrilled and happy to recommend this company to anyone. If I could leave less than one star- I would! Avoid this site like the plague! So today I ordered a 4 seat Top Grain theater seating, the Klaussner Lunar Media Room Seating. The transaction went through, they sent me a confirmation email. Hours later I get a vague email saying the order can't be processed because they are out of stock on the item I ordered. The email goes on to say, "what was the thing you liked about this item besides the price?" I immediately called customer service for clarification. I was told an Alex would be contacting me. Alex and I exchange several emails but the jist is -he tried to up-sell me into a much costlier model. He said the model I selected was discontinued. My immediate question was why is it still on the website and why did it allow me to add it to the cart?? And further send the confirmation?! I was disappointed but Alex suggested another option in my price point. And just as I was about to pull the trigger I asked if this model was Top Grain as well. Alex suggested several synthetic models for the same price as what I was buying in all Top Grain or I could go with the higher priced suggestion or take the Top Grain with match sides. I canceled my order and informed him that I would share their unfair business practices. This place is a racket! This is classic bait and switch! I will take my money elsewhere. #Buyer beware!!! Scam!
