My order arrived damaged from the shipping company, so I contacted JOHN JASSO at Shop4Seats and he took care of everything! Since they had to remake the seat due to the damage and a dimensional paperwork error, I asked if I could change the width to fit even better in my van. He promptly responded that they are happy to accommodate my request! I should have the new seat in a few weeks at no charge! THANKS JOHN AND SHOP4SEATS!!!!!!!!!!!

I called regarding our mattress having a slow leak. Richard provided me with the details of how to begin the replacement process & today, he even followed up with me on the status. I was impressed with his service & knowledge. Thanks y'all!

My name is Dominic, owner of L&L Services in Plymouth, MA. I purchased a C10 40-20-40 Lowback leather seat some time back in November 2016 for a 92 Ford F250 replacing a factory bench seat. The item was purchased with a quick build and arrived here in Plymouth MA in a timely fashion. However the mounting brackets did not fit the factory floor pan, this is when my customer service nightmare began. Out of the countless telephone calls, taking video tapes, sending emails, links, and endless minutes spent on hold with some of these people John J., Ben and/or Alec, Alex, THEN I FINALLY GOT FERNANDO REYES, who miraculously got me to Rick in December 2016 who made the determination the seat does not fit my model vehicle and my resolve would be to return and replace the custom seat ordered with a new model that fits the vehicle. We initiated this and unfortunately the order did not go through correctly. Now here I am on January 29, 2017 working again with customer service representative FERNANDO REYES who recalled our conversation and stayed on the phone with me to resolve this completely. Every time I thanked him for assisting me with this nightmare he replied with a thank you Sir and very humbly said "I AM ONLY DOING MY JOB" and because of the customer service I have received from this man on 2 separate occasions, I am giving FERNANDO REYES a 5 star rating. To whom it may concern, this man should be commended for his dedication to providing excellent customer service and the manner for which he represents your company.

I ordered a full set of Empress High Back seats for my 2009 Dodge Ram Diesel truck. I was hesitant to purchase because I couldn't find a lot of reviews or further info. The seats came in and were absolutely wonderful. I set to installing and the instructions were easy - I had no issues with installation. However, once we started driving around - we had an issue. The seats were large for the space within the truck - and it's a big truck. They were very high up, which resulted in the top corner rubbing against the seatbelt installed on the truck wall. My wife is shorter then I and the very high ride height meant she really had to reach to get at the pedals. I contacted Shop4Seats - and I got Richard Valdez who right away asked me to email pictures and he'd speak with the shop. I figured they'd just say sorry - that's just how they are. But no, Richard got back to me saying they understood the problem, and they thought they could solve it with a new frame style underneath - and they'd send me the frame right away. The new frame arrived promptly and I set to work. It was the right idea, but unfortunately did not fit over this diesel's big transmission hump in the truck. By now, Richard and I had been going back and forth a few times for 2 months as holidays delayed my trials and errors. In the end I had to send back the seats and stick with my old ones, and Richard helped arrange the return with FedEx. The seat construction was great - instructions were fine, it was just a struggle with the base frame and this truck. All the while I could work with Richard Valdez like he was there with me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, despite the issues.

I ordered a seat swivel online and wanted to confirm the proper swivel would be sent. I called the 1-800 number and was connected to Fernando Reyes. He was super helpful and explained in precise detail what he would do to ensure my shipment would be sent correctly. He was very helpful and has set my mind at ease. Thank-you, Greg G.

I had some questions regarding how the bed mechanism moved when reclining, also fabric & added 5 year warranty questions. Alec was able to get quick answers that were enough to help me in my decisions. I look forward to seeing the finished product!
