The ordering process was very smooth. Ben was very helpful and sent me samples and changed my selection after I received them.

I received the sleeper sofa and 2 recliners in February 2018. The sofa sags in the middle and the recliners would not recline. I spent several hours on the phone with the company and must have talked to 8 people. The last one was to call me back on March 12 and never heard from him again. He was supposed to be a manager that could assist. They did send someone out to fix the recliners but they could not fix them. However, we were in transit and was assured they would be fixed. When ordering I was assured of the comfort and how well built they would be. Sad to say all that was not the truth. The sofa is like sitting on a buckboard. I am so disappointed and really got screwed out of over $3,000.00. Will never recommend Shop4seats. We travel full time in our RV and see and work with alot of people across the United States. I have not been shy about telling about the poor customer service and the quality of the furniture.
