great person I talked to. help out on just what I needed.

Our journey to purchase new furniture started with extensive research and time. We initially decided to go with another company. With that other company, "coach************.com" we requested samples. The gentleman ( Josh ) was nice enough and accepted our request. "3 to 4 days" he said. 3 weeks later, NO SAMPLES! We then decided to give them a call back and ordered the samples again. Same guy, ( Josh ) apologized and said he would expedite our order and we should receive them in 2 days. 2 weeks later, NO SAMPLES!! Well, that was enough. Yes we waited long enough. I then decided to do a Google search for RV furniture and came across an add for Shop4Seats.com. looking through their website, noticed that the pricing was far better than anything we had seen before. Requested samples through a link on their website, thinking that "here we are, another waiting game"! 2 days later and we had received the samples! Awesome! Decided to go with a package deal so we called. Anna was the best! She was patient, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. Placed the order with no feeling of being pressured and was even able to swap out furniture pieces with our package. Great job "Anna", and thank you! We'll send the pictures that you requested once we get them installed.

when I called Shop4Seats, I spoke to Clara about ordering a sleep sofa. She guided me through the process, very helpful and informative on size and colors, and made sure we were both on the same pages. Thanks for the help. Ray

I haven’t received my beautiful new couch yet but just wanted to share with you what a pleasure it was placing my order. I spoke with a wonderful customer service representative named Anna. She was knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Kind, caring and personable. I didn’t feel like just another number. She made sure I understood all my options before placing my order so there won’t be any surprises. Employees like that are far and few in between. Gratefully yours Gabi Drowne

My seats are great and meet if not exceed my expectations. The one thing they can do to improve customer service is to reply immediately post order "we got it", and then periodically advising customers as to the status of their order.
