Anna was very helpful providing info and specific's on different options. She provided us with some pictures to show us different way to do the seats.

We had a great experience and Clara was great in assisting us with all of our needs.

We had a problem with the table we ordered not being exactly like the picture so John Jasso worked with us to get the product we wanted without extra costs. We are still waiting for the table but we are excited to get such a good quality product and we are thankful to John for being helpful and flexible.

I recently ordered a dinette from shop4seats and when I received it there was an issue with the size of the cushions and I called the company and spoke to John jasso and we had it resolved within 24 hours. They had new cushion sent out to me that work perfectly

ordering was easy. but i didn't find out til after i ordered it would take 6 week to receive my item, i called and they want to charge 20% on the hole order to get it in two week, now this was a 2500 order. i was a little taken back by this. that for the three stars. i don't thing i won't do busy again with them

This is based so far on getting quick quotes in items and availability. I have not yet seen the furniture so I will hold my complete review until I see the quality. But so far I would recommend them the price is right. Thanks

Due to a measuring error on our part we requested a return on a shipped item and re-order the item in a different size. Richard helped us throughout the process, beginning to end. When we thought that we would have to cancel the new order due to slipped schedule in manufacturing Richard pulled them together so that they got our order out a day earlier than estimated! Great work to all.
