We ordered our couch and love seat and waited 6 months for it to be delivered. So we have been using it since Oct 2019, hoping that it would wear in a little. Has not happened! This is the worse sitting furniture we have ever owned! The couch is as hard as a brick and sits like one, ordered the under couch storage, what a joke! You cannot open it without holding the seat part of the couch up. Hard to hold up and open, oh and you also cannot close it without holding the seat up. It’s not easy to hold it up at the same time as trying to open or close the drawer. If you have the couch made into a bed, you cannot sit on the front edge, the couch Tips over, no support to hold it up. The love seat— it is so soft that when you sit down on it, you sink in. Making it very hard to get up, not mention it’s very uncomfortable, no support in your back, it will not stay back,push back to recline and as soon as you relax, well back you go to a sitting position! And better have strong fingers to open the recliners, they are super tight. We ordered two more of the trays for the couch arms. They arrived with a protective plastic cover over them, which was good, but they put the cup holders down on top of the cover and super glued the cup holder in place. No way to get it off over the cup holder. I called and complained, they were nice and said they would ship new ones to us. That was in November, still have not received them, it 7 January 2021 now. So please don’t waste your money. Don’t buy anything sight unseen. You will be very sorry if you do business with this company.

We ordered two barrel chairs on 8/1/2020. Was told because of the COVID-19 it would take until10/12/2020. I thought that was a long time but ok lots of things are a little slower. On 10/2/2020 I was sent an email delaying them again until 11/25/2020. Was told they would be shipped on that date. Today is 11/30/2020 and I haven’t heard a word. I have tried calling 9 times over 3 working days. Letting it ring between 20 to 30 minutes.with no one answering .

I have bought over two thousand dollars worth of seats and sofas from these guys for a Ford E350 extended van that came with no installion instructions. When I called them to see if they could send me instructions for the quick release sofa bed hardware/installation they said they couldn’t help me. Pretty crappy customer service. They told me to call an RV sales place to see if they could help me. Pretty lame!

I placed my order in June. It’s now November (5 months later) and they still haven’t sent me anything. They will not return my emails and no one answers the phone. I am incredibly disappointed. Even more so disappointing is the fact that they have responded to other people’s complaints on here but mine still go unanswered. This is unexceptable. Glad I paid with American Express as they have promised to refund my money. UPDATE: Since responding, shop4seats has still done nothing to contact me. Yet they continue to spam my email frequently with their “Black Friday extended sale”. IF YOU ARE SO BACKED UP WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING ORDERS!?!

I ordered a Monaco Double Recliner on 9/14/2020. I was told it would ship between 9 and 12 weeks. The conformation I received stated an estimated ship date of 12/14/2020. Subsequently, I called and emailed twice the first week of November for a order status update. No response. On November 17, I called and was told my ship date had been moved back to January 29, 2021. The following day I called and canceled my order. They agreed to send an email receipt of refund within 24 hours. We'll see. My one star rating is based on how they handled my order from day one. In my first telephone conversation with Shop4Seats I was told 7 to 9 weeks. When I ordered the recliner three days later I was told 9 to 12 weeks. When I last inquired yesterday I was told 18 weeks. Is there a pattern here? I understand the impact Covid-19 has had on businesses. I get it. Orders will take longer than normal. But as a business they have a professional obligation to be up front about how long it will take to deliver their product. They should know their production times under the circumstances. I paid the full amount for the recliner up front in good faith believing they would deliver on time. Didn't happen. I was told by a customer rep they were back logged because they had received so many orders they could not keep up with production. Wow! Good for you. My question, why would you take more orders than you can fill when you have no idea how long it will take to fill those orders (especially when the customer is paying upfront?) In conclusion, I have read they make a quality product which is great. However, in my opinion, being able to service that product is just as important. Sitting on a customer's money for months is bad business. I recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing from Shop4Seats to really consider if it is worth it to loan you money interest free to a company that does not know when you product will be ready. I was excited to order seats to get my van customized. I called on 9-21-2020 and talked to Zach. I told him all of my deadlines the first of the year. He told me, based on getting my order in now, we can have delivered by the end of the year with no problems. I placed my $4,228.78 order with Zach on 9-21-2020 very excited to get my CUSTOM seats. I called on 11/4/2020 to check on the status, I told you I was excited. When I called I was told that the delivery date was moved to 2/9/2021. This was not acceptable. I called and escalated to supervisor and was told, "This is the date and it might get moved back further." This was not acceptable so I instructed them to cancel my order. They told me this was due to covid and getting parts in was not happening. I called other companies that make custom seats that are just like the ones that Shop4Seats sells. They are having NO issues getting parts in and my seats are ordered with another company. I waisted over a month and NO ONE CARED. I even OFFERD TO PAY MORE to get the order processed quicker. They refused. They returned my money, but I will NEVER consider them based on NOT having the Customer Service to care about peoples time, and the SALES rep just says things to get the order to get paid. IF you have time to WAIT with no limits they may be the best company in the world to use, but if you are in a hurry then I would consider shopping around more. ALL The advertisements and "BIG LIGHTS" are not worth the disappointment. UPDATE: I get 20 calls a day on my phone and my voicemail is always working. YOU have my cell phone number, feel free to call, text or email. YOU HAVE DONE NONE OF THE ABOVE> TRY AGAIN With that excuse. 11-24-2020. UPDATE 11-30-2020: Still no phone call from them based on "We would really like to talk to you about this." Like I said in the review, if you have time to wait, then they may be the best out there, however it's my opinion to shop around and make sure you KNOW what you are getting and DON'T be in a HURRY with Shop 4 Seats. UPDATE 2-4-21 Still NO phone call from them who said "we would really like to talk to you about this" Oh well. OTHER COMPANY has already delivered my seats faster than they said they would and ALL IS GREAT! Make sure to really shop around and read ALL the reviews of these BIG SHINY LIGHTS companies. Update 2-4-21 PT 2 Got a call today and I explained my side of the "SALES" that needed to be changed in the future. She stated she would look into it. I wish she would have got my case before this ALL happen, but things happen. Brian

Totally disappointed in customer service. In fact I made 4 calls and sent 2 emails and not one answer to one question, in fact not one response to any of them. No instructions come with anything you buy. On Utube you can find out how to install the armrest. The reason the armrest is not installed is because it does not fit in the van if installed. I bought the swivel bases and they are not even marked what is top or bottom so trial and error. The seat will not swivel without opening the door. My massage and heat will not work even with all fuses working. The switches for recline and foot rest keep falling out of their holes. I had to figure it out the hard way.

I believe these guys did what they could to get my order in on time. Unfortunately it came in later than I was willing to wait. They promptly refunded my entire purchase and apologized for the delays with such high demand.
