Picked up seats and they look great. Took awhile to get them but definitely worth the wait. Lynn in Customer service was super helpful facilitating our pick up.

I had to wait a whole extra month because of COVID 19 I get that it’s no ones fault. I don’t get tho why I had to put in spects from truck and still don’t get the right frame to go with my seats in my truck? Had lots of extra time to make sure it was right my overall experience was not that great. On top of that y’all prices are pretty high.

In July, I ordered,( and paid for over $782) from Shop4seats, replacement dinette seat cushions and backs. After my recent post, I received a call from Lynn , a very nice lady at the company stating my order issue has been corrected and is to be shipped very soon and earlier than originally stated. I am very happy with the latest news and wish to correct my previous review from a bad experience to a very good experience.

The salesman Joseph was helpful in quoting and completing the order. I ordered rush fabrication (paid extra $) due to the long delivery times I heard about on other's reviews with regular orders. I received the product on about the estimated delivery date stated with the rush order. No damage in shipping. Product was install with no issues. Would have given 5 stars except that customer service was a little slow to respond at times when I was checking on the delivery status.

Great place, great people and best of all great prices. Thank you all for working with us.

I was surprised that with all the restrictions, someone answered the phone. I was prepared to leave a message. The associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable and efficient. She took my order and knew exactly what I wanted and kept things simple and professional.  I can always appreciate a buying experience like that. Cant wait to get my product now,,..lol
