I bought 3 items from this company 2 are are really bad quality One the stone got lost the first hr that I was wearing it, 😡 the second one got faded really bad, the third got here a month later and all scratched up. 😡 I’m disappointed 😡

I had received my first ring with no problems. My second order came and the box was crushed and so was the ring! It was horrible! However, when I contacted customer service - the response was immediate - a new ring was sent and I love it! Will definitely be ordering again!
