Dear Trisha, In April-May due to Covid-19, many of our shipments were sent back to us, and we had to send them again, therefore the lengthy shipping time. We have already fixed that, and orders made in June and July arrive on average between 1-3 weeks, depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer. Regarding emailing us, our customer service team answers *all* e-mails, calls and messages we receive, with no exceptions. Also, I have guided my team to issue refunds and resends to all the customers who ordered during April-May in order to compensate for this issue. Regarding the exact same ring somewhere else, it might be someone who purchased from us and sells it in a used state, or fake.
