I ordered a pair of shoes in may. They came in fairly quickly, and were too small. I mailed them back and received a prompt refund.

I bought 2 pair of sandals now 3 weeks later I returned both pair no sign of a refund!! I have called 5 times now and got the run around!! I will never purchase anything else from this company!! This place is a joke!! Pay full price and save yourself the headache

Ordered EEE wide shoes , shoes received were barely D with. Marked wrong and poor quality. Charged me $6.95 to restock plus shipping. Never again!

I received two pairs of sandals today. I ordered 7 wide, these clearly, are not wide. I tried to contact you many times, I continue to be put on hold. No one answers. These shoes are pretty but for the price, unacceptable. wide shoes mean just that, wide width! These may even be considered narrow compared to my other shoes. I won't order from Shoemall again !

ShoeMall has figured out a way to avoid getting returns on Amazon. If for whatever reason you want to return the shoes, they will take the maximum time to respond to Amazon claims and then agree to take the shoes back but you have to pay for the shipment and request a signature upon delivery. For a pair of $60 shoes, the shipping and delivery confirmation is about $20. Not worth the effort and ShoeMall knows this. I will never buy anything from this company again. Good luck ShoeMall with all of the terrible reviews building up.

I WANT MY REFUND ON TWO PAIR OF BOOTS! HAD TO FILE A CHARGEBACK THROUGH VISA AND ONE ON PAY PAL. 5 WEEKS AND NO REFUNDS! THE WORST OF THE WORST!

I was very worried after reading all of these negative reviews but I got my sexy sperry sandals in today just as described. They had a discount code I used which got me these sandals for $15 cheaper than anyone else. I called their customer service before my purchase to ensure they were legit. I'm a picky buyer who likes to find good deals. This place deserves a higher rating and don't be mislead by the poor reviews. Know what you want before you buy and do your research. Maybe try on the same shoe at a local store before you buy one guessing the size you need. Fortunately, I almost only wear sperrys so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Can't give a place a bad review for your own mistake. Glad I went with my gut decision and purchased from them. I'll be doing business with them again!

I apparently placed an order that didn't appear to go through based on an error message I recieved on the website. I ended up buying the shoes elsewhere that day and later that night saw an email confirmation for my order. I called the customer service number and within 2 minutes it was sorted out, the rep canceled the order, no problem at all. It was 11 pm on a Tuesday, very impressive. As a note it looks like their return policy is very good so I don't think it would have been a problem even if the order had gone through and been shipped. But ultimately I felt respected and valued as a customer, would definitely shop there in the future assuming website functions better. If only health insurance companies had customer service like that.
