I received a e-mail 3 days ago from SHOEMALL, which stated they could not fill my order of 1 pair of shoes, for 1 1/2 months. They gave me their customer service phone number and website to contact if I want to cancel the order. For 3 days I have attempted to contact them, and both sites are rigged to # 1 not accept calls, and # 2 constantly flash website as out of order.

I ordered and completed my check out only to be notified a week later that they are unable to process international credit card. However when I checked my bank account, ShoeMall actually deducted the funds but cancel my order in the process. I tried emailing them and ask for a refund and they ignored my email. This was an obvious fraud and I'm sure that I'm not the only one that encounter this incident. The police should investigate the company and shut it down for good. Never purchase anything from ShoeMall, they are unethical and their customer service is unreliable and would stop replying your e-mail if you start to pressure them.

These people will steal your money. They lost my package but refused to help or give me a refund. They sent me a PDF form to fill out my missing package claim, once I have filled it out and sent it back, they told me “due to security reasons” they will not open the PDF attachment. I will never shop with this company again.

Terrible!!! I ordered shoes from them. I paid shipping to receive them. Then they were too small and I had to send them back. They sent a label BUT I still was charged 15.00 to send them back. I called to complain and was on hold for 15 to 20 min. When I complained the supervisor hung up on me! Do not buy shoes here!!!!

“I purchased a pair of shoes from this store and they were worn looking upon arrival. So I packed them up and sent them back. I waited 10 days for a refund after the shipment arrived back to them and there was still no refund. I called the company and was told to wait a few more days and still no refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal at the point and they granted my refund and closed the case. Now after the case was closed in my favor they decided to refund me causing the original dispute to open back up and get denied, making me look bad. Thanks ShoeMall for giving me a prompt refund and for putting a black mark on my dispute. ”

I ordered shoes in Sept. and received them 10 days later in Oct. I returned them the following day for an exchange and it took 11 days for them to receive the shoes. I called to inquire about my return, once they had been delivered to Shoemall, and was told that the return would be processed in 8 - 9 days. I doubt that I will have the shoes in time for my vacation in Nov. and I placed my initial order in Sept. Beware! This company doesn't seem legitimate. I usually order from Zappos and I have the shoes in two days. The exchanges are just as easy and quick. I will never order from Shoemall again and I wish I had read all the awful reviews prior to placing my order.

I wish I had read the horrible reviews of customer service before ordering. They got my return 2 weeks ago. Still no money in my account. Never order from them unless you're very sure that you will not need to make a return!

Horrible trash company. Must have Dotards working there. A month to get shoes, really! 11 days of shipping! Do not buy from and do not use. Ghastly company.
