Ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriends birthday at the start of march, its now near tje end of may and still no sign of them... emailed lots of times with no reply....disgrace!

At 5 weeks, still haven't recieved an exchange. Can't believe Amazon uses them. Never again!

All I can say is pray to God you love your purchase because getting returns and refunds processed is a nightmare. Its been over a month and about 10 phone calls - promise after promise and I still haven't received my refund. Although they have at least confirmed they received the merch. I'll never buy from them again.

Boots arrived but one boot had a zipper stuck halfway down, unable to move the zipper. Now they want me to pay to return them, that's wrong, I'm unable to even try them on.

Very happy with my order. I will definitely purchase from them again!

Ordered a Puma yoga top and Steve Madden Fuego's and the order came really fast. Shoes fit great. Happy.

Did not receive my sandals. Was given the runaround when I contacted customer service. Will dispute charge on my card and buy from amazon or zappos where I have gotten great service. Only reason I ordered here they were cheaper by $5.00.

Was kinda skeptical after i had already ordered some shoes when i read all these bad reviews..but when my shoes arrived ON TIME and they were just like the ones in the mall but $60 less i was very pleased! Will definately be ordering more pairs ...Id say, if you know your exact size in the exact pair you want then go for it..all the bad reviews i see are from returns..which i didn't have to.
