If I could give ZERO stars I would! Ordered shoes for a certain occasion 2 weeks before I needed them. After one full week, they hadn't shipped. I called and they said the shoes were on backorder when I ordered them. They never notified me of that. The agent said if I wanted them in a week I should order another pair and pay expedited shipoing of $25 and then return the first pair. I did as suggested. After two days I never got notice the second pair (or first pair) shipped. I called again. Rude agent said she couldn't say when they would ship. Asked for a supervisor and was told they don't have supervisors! Asked if she could check with shipping to say what day they would ship and she said there was no way to know. Ended up buying a pair of shoes at Nordstrom. I finally got emails indicating the shoes shipped. The expedited pair took five days from the date I ordered to ship out and I did not receive them by the time I needed them! FIVE days to ship after I paid $25 for expedited shipping!!! And they will not reimburse me for the shipping! Unbelievable!!! Will never order from ShoeMall again!!!

The worst customer service ever!!! They claim shoes are in stock but then it takes them 3 days just to ship out and then another 5-6 days to arrive to you....and I only live a couple hundred miles away from their warehouse, it should not take a week for a delivery to arrive. Do not do business with this company you will regret it, just take a look at all the negative online feedback .

I called customer service 3 times to cancel an order, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the woman said "what a jerk" before putting me on hold. No one picked up the phone after that.

I ordered a pair of crocs that I was unable to find on any other site one week ago. I got them today. Everything was satisfactory. I wi use shoemall again in the future.

They shipped wrong size and wanted me to pay for return. Finally they agreed to pay for return but 1 month later I still have not received credit. AVOID ShoeMall

I bought 2 pairs of shoes off hotshoesmall in February and never receive them! Now there site is gone n noway to contact them! Stay well clear 😡

I ordered a pair of Columbia snow boots from Amazon for $150. After recieving the boots I was looking online and found the same pair for sale on Shoemall.com for $100 I called and asked Amazon to price match but they refused. I was hesitant to purchase from Shoemall because of all of the negative reviews but for $50 savings I crossed my fingers. The boots arrived within a week and the Columbia box is in better shape (not that it matters) and the packaging in the box is nice (never repackaged (again not that it matters) but the boots from Amazon were obviously repackaged and the Columbia box looked like it was dropped off the truck, twice. I'm glad they offer free returns. I never have taken the time to leave a company a review even when I'm happy with my purchase but I am thouroughly satisfied with my interaction with this company. From this order I would definitely recommend them. I called to speak with customer service when I ordered from Shoemall and they were nice and helpful. I don't know what these people are talking about with these negative reviews.
