I do not recommend this company. I am still waiting to receive an order I placed 2 weeks ago. The company misleads customer with incorrect tracking information. The package is not sent Fedex ground but is sent SmartPost. My Package was located in the next town yesterday and today this package is in the next state.

Do not purchase anything from this company, i ordered a pair of sandals from this place, it took 1 month to get them , when i finally got them they were to small , i sent them back it took another month , i called then there respond we'll send your money back were out of stock , ' Wow' , take my advice and stick with. AMAZON .

Ordered a pair of shoes on (5-13-21). Got the confirmation email shortly after along with another email saying they were on back order although they were supposedly in stock when I ordered them. I wear a size 14 and have a very difficult time finding shoes I like so I had no problem waiting on them to be in stock which was June 18th. Checked on the status every day and the delivery date kept being pushed back until the point where it said July 3rd. Then yesterday (June 18th) came which was the original date they were supposed to ship them. I checked the status only to find out the order had been canceled without warning. Needless to say I was very angry. Not only because they did that but because I had really wanted this particular pair of shoes. The kicker though, the website still shows them in stock in my size. Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this company again and I highly advise others not to either.

APPALLING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They supplied completely the wrong size and colour of sandal to my wife and then completely failed to refund the cost of £21GBP and offered instead a derisory $7 compensation!!! (Which I very much doubt that we will ever see)

Do not purchase from this company. The shoes received were not the brand they advertised. I am anxious to see how long it will take to make a return and receive my credit.

Do NOT order from these crooks! They had a nice variety of shoes (especially since I wear an 11). BUT, if the shoes don't work for you, FIRST you have to PAY to return them, and now it's been since May 12th and all they can say is "it takes 1-2 weeks to process your return." I politely tell her it's been more than two weeks, why has my refund not been returned to my card? That's when she adds "It takes 1-2 weeks to process your return. It then takes 1-2 weeks to process your refund." Then she didn't like what I had to say and put me back in the answer cue, where I held another 7 minutes for someone else to repeat what she had just said.

Why do you ship out with FEDEX and it takes a month to receive my shoes with alot of hassle of them changing their date of delivery and how they deliver it? BUT the return label we get is USPS and my return will arrive in 3 days?

Wife ordered some sandals and didn't fit, so requested return from ShoeMall and received a pre paid label. Dropped at USPS which would then relay to FedEx for final delivery. Took 8 days to deliver back to shipper less then 200 miles away? But that's another story, anyway 9 days later still no refund so contact customer service. They reply it can take up to 3 weeks for processing a return. Are we back to living in the stone ages? Does this company have only one person doing returns and they work only part time? These days customer service is a priority and obviously this business does not care about returning your money when you returned their product in a timely manor. I will make sure never to buy again from ShoeMall.
