I purchased shoes and the wrong size was shipped. I returned then 2 weeks ago and have try to get a response on multiple occasions and even sat on the phone for 36 min and got zero response. I am filing a BBB complaint and doing a charge back.

always find really good shoes there no doubt but, think they could come down on their prices some or give better deals

Now I am a long time shopper with Shoe Carnival since my now 16 year old was a baby. I usually go into the store but because of Covid I can't. My daughter needed shoes for her grandfather's funeral so obviously Shoe Carnival is my go to. Well not any more. I placed an order online to have it shipped to me on Friday (5/8/2020) only to wake up Saturday morning to an email that my order was cancelled. I contact customer service and after waiting over an hour to speak to a representative I was told there was something wrong with my billing address and to place the order again. Checking the credit card that I used for the purchase I see a purchase hold on my account for Shoe Carnival so now they want me to put another hold on my card to repurchase the same shoe. I instead choose to use another card and the customer service rep put the order in on her side and also knocked off a few dollars for my inconvenience (smart woman because this is how you keep a customer coming back). Then I wake up this fine Mother's Day (5/10) to yet another email saying my order was cancelled AGAIN. I immediately call customer service again that was answered alot quicker this time and told there was something wrong with my credit cards billing address. I informed the rep that It was not possible and that I had a previous order cancelled Yada, Yada. She places me on hold for about 30 min with the occasional check in after being on hold for so many minutes and then tells me that the reason my orders are being cancelled is due to an error in their system that have now been fixed and "I should not have any problems going forward when replacing my order again." I explain that now I have two Shoe Carnival purchase holds on two separate credit cards and now they just want me to place a third order because of their error. I then asked to speak to a supervisor only for her to tell me before she transfers me that the supervisor is going to tell me the same thing. Once transferred sure enough I was told the same thing and it was implied that I need to enter the correct billing info associated with my credit card at this point I let her have it and told her I would not be placing another order online that I have no trust in and would no longer be shopping at their stores. DON'T EVER SHOP HERE AS THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE PROPER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERRORS AND APPROPRIATELY COMPENSATE THEIR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF IT!!!!

This is my first time shopping at Shoe Carnival I thought I'd give them a chance I know they had a lot of negative reviews online but the price was to good to pass up. I called the customer service just to see what they would do if my package was defective or didn't come. They were very kind, courteous and respectful when they answered the phone. I talked to the Customer Service Representative & Shift Supervisor, Christopher. He ensured me that my items would arrive maybe not on time because of Coronavirus of corse so I would have to be patient. He emailed me a return Shipping Label Just in case my item was defective or damaged. He was right my item took a little bit longer than what was expected but I'm satisfied with the overall service and product.

I ordered a size 10 chuck Taylor’s because ALL of my shoes are size 10. These shoes however were too big. Not shoe carnivals fault, of course. BUT I sent them back 10 days ago from UPS and not only do I not have my refund, I have not gotten one word that they have received them. I have now emailed twice and gotten no response other than the “we have given you a case number and will get back with you soon.” Won’t order from them anymore and I loved shoe carnival and have spent a lot of money there over the last few years on converse, sketchers and bear paws.

Ordered 6 pairs of shoes received no email confirmation with no shipping info it’s been two days now I’ve been on hold for a hour. Canceling my order. Worst experience do not order for shoe carnival!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from them!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and one of the pairs they sent the wrong ones! Wrong color and everything. I'm not sure how they got the shoes confused with the ones I bought but now they are trying to get me to pay for shipping to send them back! I sat on hold waiting to speak with someone for 1 hours and eventually hung up. You can't get a hold of anyone on the phone! Save yourself the stress and just don't order from them PLEASE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHOECARNIVAL! Sent two different sizes of shoes for one pair. Then they charge you to return them. You can not speak to anyone. They are terrible. Will never shop at this store online again
