I’m surprised to see poor reviews; I needed to initiate an exchange and I despise going through these procedures as they’re so long winded and arduous ordinarily. I dealt with an advisor named Nida who couldn’t be more helpful- she communicated with me through the whole process and the exchange was done in 10 minutes. Also- my line disconnected when I initially called; Nida was proactive enough to actually call me back within a few minutes.. how many retailers have done this in the past! A super pleasant experience and I’d not let the negative reviews sway you from purchasing from this company. I received my order within a few business days of purchase and even though I needed an exchange, the process was easy and I didn’t need to pay extra fees. Bravo!

I stumbled upon this company online. I was intersted in renewing some old favorite NB shoes, couldn't find anything and then Shoe Carnival popped up. The shoes were sale priced and just what I wanted! So happy to have found Shoe Carnival!

I’ve ordered work shoes from them twice now, and both times my order arrived in just one business day with standard shipping. Their prices are very fair, and their customer service has been excellent. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt they truly deserved one!

After reading these review's, I was concerned about my order. I accidentally ordered the same pair two times. Knowing it was my fault I contacted Shoe Carnival via chat. The AI message sent me to a real person chat. It asked my phone number, three minutes later I received a call from the Manager. She told me she would send a free return label email. It was a great experience ordering and return. The separate shoe order came in 2 days.

I ordered a pair of women’s Kamick winter boots. I’m a size 9 wide. I needed a size bigger. They paid my return shipping and I just received my 10s today. It took about 4-5 days for my exchange to arrive. They looked great. I tried them on, perfect fit. I love them and am so glad I gave them a chance. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but my experience was great!!!

Date of visit to store 12/20/2024. # 386 at McCreless San Antonio texas. Excellent experience with Manager Marie. Customer service seems to be a lost art. Since customer service has always been my forte I appreciate it so much but rarely get it. Being a senior I struggle sometimes finding what I need. Marie offered to help me and found the shoe I needed and the socks I wanted. She went through all the socks until she found my size. She is a true gem. I was a property manager for over 30 years and never lost sight of the fact that I had that job because of my customer/tenant. They were the REASON I was there. Thank you Marie for being so special
