I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on May 21st, Was told I would receive them May 23rd, it is now JUNE 2nd and I still haven't got them. Between Shoe carnival. FedEx and USPS this has been a very bad buying experience, one I will not go through with them again.

I Placed my order 4 days ago and havent even been notified that my order has been recieved, no shipment info, nothing. Won't be ordering from here again, better off using amazon

I orderd my childs shoes and tracking stayed in point and the day of.. no shoes. At 8pm that night my status updates to fedex dropping the shoes with usps 30 mins from me and it would be atleast another week added before delivery? Really? No updates , no info, just bad business all together . I will not make the same mistake again .

I have ordered three times the past two months from online since covid 19 closed down the actually store by me. I have not had an bad experience i actually got all my shoes an day or two days earlier than what i was expecting according to shipping information. I have always been informed when my shoes ship and i have my fed ex account alert me when my package is due to arrive. I know some have experinced not so good experiences but i am writing to say i have had nothing but good experiences. I just ordered my kids some nike sandals and both pairs came whenever i order two shoes at a time i always get them all at the same time.

Shoe Carnival shipped my order in two days. Very pleased with that. However very displeased with FedEx. The driver made no attempt to find my address. When I called FedEx they gave me the run around. After I posted a bad shipping review FedEx called me 5 minutes later and told me my package would be delivered again on the next business day. Hopefully I will have my kicks on Tuesday. 😎

I would give this company 0 stars u guys triple charged my account, my shipment isn’t coming when it was guaranteed to be here and I am currently still on hold 45 mins later. U guys charged my bank over 1,000 for three pairs of shoes (triple if not more) I will never ever shop this store again and I will be telling all my family and friends about this experience as well!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on may 11 and received them on the 19th. After reading all the bad reviews I got a little nervous but shoe carnival did awesome for me!

i ordered shoes from this place and on may 1st i’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now and still have not got my shoes. when i paid it didn’t give me a conformation number or anything i am never disappointed and would not shop here again.
