I bought ticket online, got a call the next day saying flight overbooked and I would have to choose another flight that would increase my fare by $150/PP. i told them not acceptable and not my fault they advertised availability. Hmm, well guess what? They're still advertising the exact same fare AND I called another company who said there are plenty seats available. Total SCAM!!!!! Others have also posted the same situation.

This travel company is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money. They will cancel your flight without any notification

I booked a flight mid-week. Later that weekend I had a missed call on a Sunday night asking for me to call them back. I tried to call back multiple times Monday morning (the following day) and also sent an e-email however, was unable to reach anyone. The next day, I called again and spoke with the person (Perry) who had left me a voicemail he told me he was not able to access my account and did not know why he had called me. He told me he would call me back within 2 hours. He never called. I called later in the day and spoke with a different agent. I found out my flight had not been booked (because they could not reach me on the phone???) and thus, they tried to book me on another flight that cost more money. I ended up independently re-booking my flight directly through the airline.

Do not use this travel agency!
