easy to use, efficient, on time.

Within 3 hours I was able to arrange the shipment of a piece of furniture of great sentimental value, via 2 e-mails and a lovely staff person who worked with me on the phone. Pick up was on time and price and contract seemed fair. The item arrived on time after a journey of 2,000 miles. I felt quite grateful.

We had a very complicated shipping order going to 4 different locations all over the US. Ship Smart handled the entire process perfectly and flawlessly. They were well organized, courteous, helpful, on time and terrific. Every aspect of the shipment to 4 different locations from the pick up, the transport, to the delivery of each one was perfect. We could not be happier and the 4 persons to whom the deliveries were made were very pleased also. We give Ship Smart the highest ratings !!!!!!

I didn't shop around much and the price seemed high but no complaints about service. Called to see where the 3 x 4 painting was a few days after it was scheduled to arrive and got an immediate and sound explanation.

They did an excellent job. The gentleman were very professional. They made sure everything was labeled and packed correctly. All items got to their destination quickly and without a problem. I would definately use them again!!
