Ship Smart is a wonderful service for those who want to move just part of a household. The personnel at every step of the way were responsive and very professional. The people who packed up Mom's apartment were engineers -- really! They efficiently and carefully packed the apartment contents, padded items against breakage, utilized every available space to keep the shipment as compact as possible, and were very fast. The people who delivered the pallets to our curbside communicated their arrival time and were very courteous. The pallets were placed carefully, and were easily accessible for us to unpack. We would definitely use this company again, and happily recommend them to all who ask.

Once I found Ship Smart everything went smoothly. I was able to have the item I needed to have shipped with no problems what-so-ever. Delivery was faster than I expected and the receiver told me that the delivery guys were very nice and did what was expected. I would recommend Ship Smart and would use them again.

Great service - Had antiques from my parent's home delivered from Northwest to Virginia. Absolutely perfect. Customer service was great and timing was amazaing!

Easy to work with. Timely pick up and delivery. Worked with my time constraints. Only question I had was how they measured the poundage, as the charge was based on an estimate and I was told it would be recalculated after picked up, however the price remained the same. Huh? At any rate, everyone I encountered was professional and pleasant.

We needed to ship one large item from Massachusetts to Seattle. Ship Smart was recommended to us by a large moving company, and I am extremely grateful for that recommendation. From the early phone and e-mail communications, through the pick-up and final delivery in Seattle, everything about this company was done efficiently and with a high level of professionalism.
