Ship hero delivers with transparency and technology without skimping on customer service quality. Strongly recommend them as a fulfillment partner. The only down side is that you can't get an EIN as destination import. You'll need to reroute or use DDP with forwarders.

Bel is really helpful and easily understood the concern. What I loved about the support is how fast the support is. The message says 10 mins is the above but she replied in less than 5 minutes. You can't find that anywhere. Good job!!
