I'd worked with ShipHero on a Shopify store in the past, and they were super easy and error free. A breath of fresh air from some warehouses I've slogged through in the past. This second time I used ShipHero for a fast-paced, dynamic B2B company that has temperature sensitive SKUs, lots of kits and bundles, and in general a lot of moving parts. Mari was our onboarding specialist and she made the entire process flow smoothly. B/C we weren't a cookie-cutter DTC store we had lots of special use cases that we needed to dial in. We ended up shifting from the SH LV location to SLC, and Mari educated us along the way. There were some unique manual order upload processes, and some larger process automation that we needed to wrap around ShipHero's tools - which are working great, including email notifications.

As a first time, self published author, it's been quite an education, and with that came the realization that at some point I would need the services of a fulfillment center. After looking closely at several options, I concluded that ShipHero provided the best benefits at the most competitive pricing, and while my journey with them is just beginning, my experience with one individual - Marina Filippi has been absolutely outstanding! Marina is an Onboarding Specialist, who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive in setting up and activating my account, while at the same time sending me useful links for understanding it all. Highly trained and extremely knowledgeable in her particular department, Marni made sure that every detail was addressed before letting me know that I was ready for both US and international orders for my book - wonderful news, indeed! Thank you so much, Marni...I couldn't be more grateful for your role in all of this and am looking forward to the next steps!

No idea how ShipHero have so many good reviews. I suspect it was once a good company, but now, let me tell you, they're terrible. I've had non stop issues. Eventually I gave up and decided to leave and even then there were major issues with removing my inventory. The support team are useless. Just avoid.

We work with Belen Rodriguez at ShipHero almost daily to resolve issues. She is extremely helpful in working with the warehouse to check on shipments and product status/quality. She is very quick to respond when we need her and goes above and beyond to help us out! We would be lost without her!
